Our DiaoSeal product has been specifically designed for wet area sealing and has the strength to withstand normal building movement. It will not crack, deteriorate or let water penetrate through the junctions.

The product will be colour matched to the colour of the shower as closely as possible to give a neat appearance.

It makes cleaning easier as the viscosity of the seal prevents dirt/mould build-up and is highly resistant to water, grease, scouring or use of abrasive cleaners.

DiaoSeal, 2-part epoxy adhesives are suitable for bonding a wide variety of materials. Available with a range of different cure speeds to suit, DiaoSeal epoxies have been developed to offer a high standard of performance for demanding bonding applications.

Substrates

DiaoSeal 2-part epoxy adhesives will bond most engineering materials. They form excellent structural bonds to a wide variety of materials including ceramic tile, marble, limestone, granite and most natural and processed materials used within wet areas of today's buildings.

Durability

Their excellent chemical and water resistance makes them suitable for harsh environmental conditions. These epoxies are an excellent choice for high-strength structural bonding.

Applications

Epoxies are widely used in the construction industries. Applications are diverse and include bonding, sealing and waterproofing joints to shower recesses, shower baths, vanity tops, kitchen counter tops, ceramic and natural tile joints and junctions.

Process

DiaoSeal is a 1:1 mix epoxy which can be easily dispensed with a static mixing nozzle. No measuring or hand mixing is needed. Heat cure is not needed as the adhesives will cure at room temperature.

Joint design

The high shear and peel strength of the bonds, coupled with the increased stress distribution of adhesives, greatly expands joint design possibilities.
